By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all materials,  including but not limited to text, data, software, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, and other related elements (collectively referred to as “Website Content”)  are the exclusive property of Book Your Packaging and its authorized third party providers.

Any reproduction, modification, storage, redistribution, transmission, or republication of this content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Book Your Packaging.

User Conduct

By using our website, you assume full responsibility for any material you upload, share, publish, or distribute, including images, music, written content, or other media. You affirm that any material you submit does not include text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted works belonging to third parties unless you have obtained necessary permissions or licenses.

You also agree not to upload or share any material that is offensive, obscene, unlawful, inappropriate, or disruptive to other users. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of Book Your Packaging or any third party is strictly prohibited.

Book Your Packaging does not control user-submitted content and cannot guarantee its accuracy, decency, or legality. We are not responsible for material you may find offensive or inappropriate. However, we reserve the right  though not the obligation  to remove content deemed abusive, indecent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We may also disclose user content or information when necessary to:

(a) comply with legal or judicial processes;
(b) enforce our Terms of Service;
(c) respond to claims of rights violations; or
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, users, or the public.

To receive products or services, you must provide accurate and complete information. The website is intended for human use only; automated or unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.

When placing an order, you confirm that you have the full authority and legal capacity to do so, and that Book Your Packaging may produce customized products on your behalf. You also confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any orders or actions taken through your account are presumed to be authorized by you.

Certain services may require basic personal or business information, which you agree to keep accurate and secure.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Book Your Packaging’s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Book Your Packaging employs multiple safeguards, including firewalls and SSL encryption, to protect the personal and business information transmitted through our website. While we maintain strict digital protections, no online system is 100% secure, and we encourage users to exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.

Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Indemnification

By using our website, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Book Your Packaging, its owners, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, affiliates, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

(a) misuse of our website or products;
(b) unauthorized access to password-protected areas;
(c) content or actions that violate others’ rights;
(d) customer-provided materials or instructions resulting in errors or legal disputes.

You agree to cover all related legal costs, judgments, and attorney fees incurred by Book Your Packaging.

Limitation of Liability

Book Your Packaging is not liable for any accident, injury, loss, delay, or damages  direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from:

  • use or inability to use our website,

  • reliance on website information, or

  • any service errors, omissions, or interruptions.

In all cases, the total liability of Book Your Packaging shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or service.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within three (3) business days if the items appear defective, incorrect, or inconsistent with your approved specifications.

Refunds, credits, and discounts are not offered for custom orders.
If a confirmed production-related defect is found, we will reprint the order at no additional charge. Determination of eligibility for a reprint is at the sole discretion of Book Your Packaging.

To qualify for a reprint, you must:

  • provide clear digital photos of the defect, or

  • return the entire original order (at your expense) within seven (7) business days.

Rush processing or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD), and all payments must be made in USD. We begin processing only after full payment (product, taxes, and shipping) is received and verified.

Customers must provide final artwork or design files. Once approved and sent to press, no further changes are allowed.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel within four (4) hours after proof approval.
    A $25 processing fee and 5% of the order total will be deducted.

  • After four hours, cancellation is allowed only if production has not begun.
    A 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Once printing has started, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be denied.

All cancellations, refunds, or reprints are at Book Your Packaging’s discretion.

Proofs & Color Accuracy

Production begins only after your artwork is received, inspected, and approved.

You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. Delays in approval may cause production delays, for which Book Your Packaging is not responsible. Turnaround time begins only after proof approval.

Please check proofs for:

  • spelling and grammar

  • image placement and resolution

  • layout, spacing, and alignment

  • transparency or overprinting issues

  • color shifts between RGB/Pantone and CMYK

Electronic proofs cannot perfectly reproduce color, lamination, or transparency.
Minor color variations are not grounds for reprints or refunds.

Hard-copy proofs are available upon request for an additional fee.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

All artwork must be submitted at 300 DPI in CMYK format. Book Your Packaging is not responsible for blurriness, color shifts, or quality loss due to incorrect file formats or low resolution.

Customers are fully responsible for artwork accuracy, orientation, sequencing, and file setup.

By uploading files, you confirm that you own the rights to the materials.

We may refuse any order we deem unlawful, offensive, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights.

No Liability for Artwork Errors

Book Your Packaging is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from customer oversight, including:

  • spelling or grammar mistakes

  • font or graphic issues

  • missing bleeds, dielines, or marks

  • overprint issues

  • size discrepancies

  • folding cracks or alignment problems

Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the content.

Overruns & Underruns

Due to industry standards, final quantities may vary by ±5%.

  • Extra units (overruns) are provided at no charge.

  • In case of shortages (underruns), you will be billed only for the delivered amount.

Production Speed, Shipping & Delivery

Production begins only after:

  • artwork approval,

  • press-ready confirmation, and

  • full payment.

Proof approvals must be received by 10:00 AM CT for same-day processing.

Standard Turnaround

  • Standard: 10–12 business days

  • Expedited: 6–8 business days (+ 2–3 days for Ground Shipping)

Shipping is included for one U.S. destination. Additional locations incur extra costs.

Shipping & Delays

Book Your Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather

  • carrier issues

  • customs

  • unexpected circumstances

Production Delays

In rare cases of technical issues, expedited fees may be discounted or refunded. Orders cannot be canceled due to production delays.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims must be submitted within six (6) business days of shipment.
Book Your Packaging is not liable for shipping-related loss or damage.

Global Production Facilities

To ensure cost-effective and reliable fulfillment, we operate both U.S.-based and international production facilities.
